We offer a range of convenient payment options to make your treatment possible. If you’re unsure which option suits you best, our team is here to help guide you through a safe and easy checkout process.
In-Clinic Payments
Payment is required on the day of your treatment.
For your convenience, we accept a range of payment methods.
Credit card in IDR is accepted in-clinic, as is Australian bank transfer in AUD.
For expats who reside in Bali, a QR code payment or debit card is also accepted.
We partner with MediPay to provide payment plan options. Please see more information below.

Payment Plans
We recognise that some patients prefer to spread payments for treatment. We allow the use of third-party provider, MediPay, which offers eligible applicants access to pre-approved funding.

Please note that we do not recommend or promote any particular financing scheme. These are payment options alongside other methods (such as credit card) and are provided for your convenience only. You remain free to choose the payment method you prefer.
For higher priced services and packages, we partner with a third-party provider, Medipay, which offers eligible applicants access to pre-approved funding, at participating stores. Patients may apply via Medipay, subject to eligibility and credit assessment. If approved, the treatment cost is paid directly to our clinic and the patient repays in instalments over an agreed period. All Medipay applications are managed independently.
